We are looking for detail-oriented Price List Maintenance Officers who will maintain, update and compare supplier price lists across thousands of marine products. This role requires strong analytical ability, accuracy and excellent Excel skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect price lists from multiple suppliers.
- Compare product pricing across vendors.
- Merge and standardize supplier catalogues.
- Match identical products from different suppliers.
- Verify product descriptions, specifications and availability.
- Update pricing databases regularly.
- Maintain supplier-wise product master.
- Support Procurement team during quotation preparation.
- Generate comparative price reports.
- Identify duplicate or incorrect product entries.
- Monitor supplier price revisions.
- Coordinate with vendors for latest price updates.
- Maintain high accuracy while processing large product databases.
- Assist in preparing procurement cost comparisons.
- Ensure all price information is updated before procurement decisions.
Required Skills
- Excellent MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
- Robust attention to detail.

Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Science, Computer Applications, Business Administration or related discipline.
