The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering client projects on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role acts as the central point of coordination between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, efficient resource utilization, proactive risk management, and successful project execution. The Project Manager ensures every project progresses smoothly from kickoff to final delivery while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning
- Plan and manage projects from initiation to completion.

Project Coordination
- Coordinate with Brand Strategy, Content, Design, Video Production, Performance Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Assign tasks and ensure explicit ownership across departments.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Identify dependencies and proactively remove execution bottlenecks.
Client Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communication.
- Conduct client kickoff meetings and project review meetings.
- Provide regular project updates and status reports.
- Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Handle project feedback, approvals, revisions, and change requests.
Timeline & Delivery Management
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule without compromising quality.
- Track deadlines, milestones, and team progress.
