Role Description
The Health Insurance Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This role is responsible for advising clients on suitable health insurance plans, explaining coverage options, benefits, exclusions, and policy terms in clear, understandable language. The specialist will handle inquiries, support policy enrollment and renewals, assist with claims-related questions, and ensure timely follow-up on client requests.



Day-to-day activities include evaluating client needs, preparing quotes, coordinating with underwriting and operations teams, maintaining accurate records, and meeting defined service and sales targets. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to deliver a smooth customer experience and uphold Solis Insurify’s standards of accuracy, compliance, and ethical conduct.
