- Candidate must have 3-5 years of experience managing Gold Product
- Working with NBFC/Bank and managing relevant product portfolio
- Well versed with Disbursal process which include end to end processing of Gold loans and must have complete awareness of KYC guidelines and relevant RBI provisions related to Gold loan processing Capable to manage Collection and Customer service of relevant product.
- Process related to appointment of Vendor for Gold verification / Complete knowledge of inhouse verification of Gold ornaments
- Locker/Storage/Security handling of Gold product in the branches
- Complete knowledge about AML policy at branch level to be followed while dealing in cash/ Cheque collections.
- Grievance/Escalations handling
- Maintenance of branch records for relevant product
