About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced
US IT Recruite
r to join our growing recruitment team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in full-cycle US IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, salary/rate negotiation, and closing candidates for contract, C2H, and full-time opportunities

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, Job Boards, ATS, and Boolean searches.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, work authorization, and client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain continuous communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate compensation, availability, and onboarding timelines.




- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to understand client requirements and hiring priorities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in the ATS.
- Ensure quick turnaround times while maintaining quality submissions.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets and KPIs.

Required Skills
- Minimum
2+ years of US IT Recruitment
experience.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Ceipal, JobDiva, Bullhorn, Zoho Recruit, or similar).
- Expertise in Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with
Direct Clients, MSP, and VMS
requirements.
- Healthcare IT recruitment experi
