Candidates will interact with international customers across voice, chat, and email channels while ensuring excellent service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in the assigned foreign language (German / Arabic / Spanish / Mandarin / French)
- Handle customer queries via voice, chat, or email
- Ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer concerns
- Maintain high-quality communication and service standards
- Record and update customer interactions in the system
- Follow company processes and compliance guidelines
- Coordinate with internal support teams for issue resolution
- Maintain professionalism while handling international customer interactions
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality metrics are achieved
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate (any stream)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support using the preferred language
- Mandatory Language Certification: B2 or above
- Proficiency in any one of the following languages:
- German
- Arabic
- Spanish
- Mandarin
- French
- Strong communication skills in both English and the selected language
- Experience in international customer support preferred
