Role Overview

We are looking for a ServiceNow Performance Analytics Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Performance Analytics (PA) solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have expertise in dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, indicators, and reporting to support business performance and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow Performance Analytics (PA) solutions.
- Configure and customize KPIs, Indicators, Breakdown Sources, Automated Indicators, and Scorecards.
- Build interactive Performance Analytics Dashboards and reports.
- Develop and maintain Data Collectors, Data Sources, and Data Jobs.
- Create custom reports and visualizations using ServiceNow Reporting.
- Work with stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
- Optimize PA data collection and dashboard performance.
- Troubleshoot Performance Analytics issues and implement enhancements.




- Collaborate with ServiceNow administrators, developers, and business teams.
- Support platform upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
- Follow ServiceNow best practices and development standards.

- Strong experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics (PA).

- Robust knowledge of ServiceNow Reporting.
- Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or CSM modules.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform administration and customization.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with CMDB and ServiceNow data model.
