About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our Finance & Accounts team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to financial operations, vendor payments, reconciliations, compliance, budgeting, MIS reporting, and audit-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating and updating custom file data which is prepared for DZS payments.
- Ensure availability of all the documents for uploading the payments on bank portal.
- Daily posting of bank payment entries in SAP along with vendor clearing to ensure clean vendor accounts.
- Performing monthly IC reconciliations for adequate reporting on OneStream.
- Conducting advance payment follow-ups with the respective departments for maintaining clean vendor accounts.
- Resolving bank payment related discrepancies so that payments are processed without delay.
- Following up on MSME-related compliances.
- Reviewing, updating, and following up on Import/HSS invoices.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining MIS reports.
- Support budgeting activities, financial analysis, and cost tracking.
- Assist during internal and external audits by providing required documentation and data.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (fresher graduates can apply).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
- Robust analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
