Job Purpose

Responsible for ensuring smooth and productive functioning of the Electrical Maintenance section by leading preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities, supporting production, improving equipment reliability, driving cost optimization, ensuring safety compliance, and executing maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant electrical equipment.
- Ensure maximum equipment uptime and support uninterrupted production.
- Lead utility maintenance activities and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
- Implement safety standards, conduct weekly safety audits,



and drive corrective actions.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs, perform root cause analysis, and implement continuous improvements.
- Execute maintenance and automation projects within timelines and budgets.
- Prepare maintenance plans, SOPs, manuals, and ensure compliance with quality systems.
- Identify cost reduction opportunities through inventory optimization, energy conservation, and alternate sourcing of spares.
- Improve machine availability through Kaizen, PDCA, Red Tag Fuguai, and mistake-proofing initiatives.
- Develop team capability through training, performance management, and technical guidance.
