WeWe'rereating frictionless customer experiences through digital solutions, and we are seeking an Associate eCommerce Merchandiser to join our team. Focused on our B2B eCommerce business, the Associate eCommerce Merchandiser will be a key contributor to the site merchandising

Essential Functions
- Support product data set up and on-site merchandising functions
- Maintain B2B customer catalogs and review for accurate pricing, imagery and general product information
- Assist with QA of site enhancements.
- Support analysis to recommend site improvements, updates, and changes necessary for best-in-class merchandising.
- Support and create new taxonomy, specific to the eCommerce channel
- Support site sorting rules,



search term optimization and other commerce platform related features that help drive conversion rate and provide a best-in-class experience
- Supports analysis of customer feedback and trends to help develop insights about buying preferences and buying patterns.
- Supports collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience, in office merchandising and site performance
- Supports site analytics and trend analysis to inform site optimization.

Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 4 - 5 years experience in eCommerce Merchandising
- Passionate about the customer journey and experience
- Experienced with major online platforms and their ecosystems (Salesforce Commerce Cloud and/or PIM tool experience a plus)
- Experience working with web analytics tools, e.g. Google Analytics.
- Experience with Excel, Airtable, Wr
