Role Description
The Online & Offline Marketplace Advertising & Growth Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi. This role is responsible for planning and executing advertising campaigns across online marketplaces and offline retail channels to drive brand visibility and sales growth. Day-to-day tasks include managing product listings on e-commerce platforms, coordinating promotions with marketplace partners, monitoring campaign performance, and optimizing advertising budgets.
The role also involves developing local marketing initiatives, collaborating with sales teams to support distributors and retailers, and analyzing market trends to identify new growth opportunities. The Manager will work closely with leadership to align marketing activities with business objectives and maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Qualifications
- Strong online promotion skills, including Online Marketing and Online Advertising, with experience managing marketplace campaigns.
- Broad Marketing and Digital Marketing capabilities, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and performance tracking.
- Sales-oriented mindset with practical experience in Sales, trade marketing, or channel development in FMCG or related sectors.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret marketplace metrics, and use insights to optimize growth strategies.
