Key Responsibilities: Identify potential leads through research, databases, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and follow-ups. Pitch IT and SAP services/solutions to prospective clients. Understand client requirements and align solutions accordingly. Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM tools regularly. Collaborate with senior sales members to strategize and close deals. Track sales performance and assist in preparing reports and dashboards.



Perform data analysis using Excel to derive insights and support decision-making.

Skills & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree /Master's in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong interest in sales and business development. Basic understanding of IT/SAP solutions is a plus (training will be provided). Strong Excel skills are mandatory for creating trackers, reports, and performance dashboards Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is a bonus. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn. Cold calling is a key responsibility; candidates must be comfortable with client outreach.
