Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with 2–3 years of experience in Data Entry, Inventory Management, and Advanced Excel. The ideal candidate should be capable of maintaining inventory records, preparing MIS reports, and ensuring accurate data management.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain master data.
- Maintain and update inventory/stock records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Monitor inventory movements and maintain data accuracy.
- Generate inventory and stock reports using Advanced Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory updates and record maintenance.
- Ensure timely and error-free documentation.
- Maintain proper records and reports as per company requirements.

Required Skills




- 2–3 years of experience in MIS, Inventory Management, or Data Entry.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Hands-on experience with:
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- INDEX & MATCH
- IF Functions
- Conditional Formatting
- Data Validation
- Lookup & Reporting Functions
- Experience in inventory tracking and stock record management.
- Valuable analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred
- Experience with ERP, SAP, Tally, or any Inventory Management Software.
- Candidates from Manufacturing, Warehouse, Logistics, or Supply Chain industries will be preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
