Job Title: Sr. Purchase cum Logistics Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Purchase cum Logistics Executive to handle end-to-end procurement, vendor management, domestic & international logistics, and import-export operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in procurement, shipment coordination, customs clearance, and banking documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end purchase activities, vendor sourcing, negotiation, and purchase order processing.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments with freight forwarders, transporters, and customs clearing agents.
- Handle import-export documentation, customs compliance, and shipment tracking.
- Prepare and manage documents including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (COO), Bill of Lading (BL), Airway Bill (AWB), Bill of Entry (BOE),



Insurance Documents, Purchase Orders, Advance Payment Documents, and Foreign Remittance Documentation.
- Coordinate with banks for import/export transactions and statutory documentation.
- Maintain procurement records, monitor inventory, and coordinate with Stores, Production, Finance, and Project teams.

Requirements
- Graduate with 5–6 years of relevant experience in Purchase & Logistics.
- Robust knowledge of procurement, import-export procedures, logistics, customs clearance, and vendor management.
- Good communication skills with proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
