Role Overview

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer interactions in a professional, clear, courteous, and service-oriented manner.

The role requires strong communication skills, confidence, patience, active listening,



and the ability to understand and respond to customer queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer conversations professionally and courteously.
- Understand customer queries and provide clear, accurate, and timely responses.
- Communicate confidently in English and at least one regional language.
- Demonstrate patience, empathy, and a customer-focused approach.
- Follow defined processes, quality standards, and service guidelines.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the relevant systems.
- Maintain a consistently high standard of customer experience.
- Escalate unresolved or complex customer concerns through the appropriate channels.

Eligibility Criteria
- Fresh graduates from any discipline may apply.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following regional languages is mandatory:

Marathi / Hindi / Gujarati
