As the Product Design & Training Manager, you will play a pivotal role in adapting Safe-Hub's successful program track record from South Africa to India. You will serve as a coach, educator, mentor, and advocate for community development at Safe-Hub India. Your role will be critical in ensuring the effective and efficient execution of active Safe-Hub’s life-Skills, Employment, Sports & Art programs. This includes facilitating a high-quality participant experience, developing a soccer-based curriculum, setting up and supporting fields and facilities, engaging with the community, administering programs on the frontlines, and ensuring on-field quality assurance. You will be the frontlines representative of Safe-Hub and its mission to the community and beneficiaries.

The Product Development & Implementation Manager’s primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage all aspects of the EduSports and PlayMaker programs, from conception to completion. Your role will involve developing effective and structured approaches to support the development of youth and young adults,



with a particular emphasis on achieving positive social and emotional outcomes and preparing participants for successful careers through the Safe-Hub programs. Your ultimate goal is to ensure an outstanding experience for all program participants, promoting broad and meaningful engagement, and establishing operating policies and standards to drive sustained and scalable impact.

You will also be a critical member of the Safe-Hub India Team, working closely with community and global Secure-Hub teams to identify, develop, and enshrine program implementation best practices and supporting coaches with continuous improvement in program delivery through ongoing training and support. You will be accountable for contributing to global best practice knowledge and development through consulting and advising other regional counterparts and documenting best practice development throughout the product design lifecy
