About the Role

•⁠ ⁠HopOut is a platform for social events like board game evening, Bollywood jamming sessions, trivia, and more, run in small groups.

•⁠ ⁠We're recruiting our first cohort of Community Hosts: outgoing college students who bring people together and run the room.

•⁠ ⁠Think campus ambassador program — but instead of promoting a product, you're building a community.

What You'll Host

•⁠ ⁠Bollywood Trivia

•⁠ ⁠Bollywood Jamming & Karaoke Sessions

•⁠ ⁠Social Mixers & Icebreakers

•⁠ ⁠Other weekend community events

What You'll Do

•⁠ ⁠Host and run weekend events for groups of attendees

•⁠ ⁠Welcome attendees, run icebreakers, and keep the energy up

•⁠ ⁠Promote your events within your network

•⁠ ⁠Capture photos/reels for social media during the event

•⁠ ⁠Help grow our WhatsApp and Instagram community

•⁠ ⁠Share feedback and ideas for new event formats

Who We're Looking For

•⁠ ⁠College student or recent graduate, 19+





•⁠ ⁠Confident speaking in front of a group

•⁠ ⁠Fluent in English and Hindi

•⁠ ⁠Friendly, high-energy, genuinely likes meeting recent people

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable on using Instagram and content (stories, reels, community content)

•⁠ ⁠Available on weekends, based in Bengaluru
