Role Description
The Social Media & Content Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. The role involves planning and executing social media strategies across platforms, managing content calendars, and overseeing daily posting and engagement to build brand visibility and community. The individual will create and edit content that aligns with campaign objectives,



collaborate with design and performance marketing teams, and optimize social media channels for reach and conversions. Responsibilities also include monitoring analytics, preparing performance reports, testing current content formats, and staying current with platform trends and best practices. The role requires proactive communication with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing goals.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
- Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy and Writing for various digital formats.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for collaboration, client interaction, and clear messaging.
