*About the Role*
We are looking for an MBA HR Trainee to support our IT Recruitment team. In this role, you will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various technology positions while gaining hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process. This is an excellent prospect for fresh HR graduates to build a strong foundation in Talent Acquisition and IT hiring.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic discussions with candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Understand IT skill requirements and support hiring for various technology roles.
- Assist in onboarding and employee engagement activities.
- Support recruitment drives, campus hiring initiatives, and employer branding activities.
*Desired Candidate Profile*
- MBA/PGDM with specialization in Human Resources.
- 01 year of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR (Freshers can apply).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
