Requirements
- HR Governance, Audit & Compliance
- Act as the single-point owner for HR statutory compliance across all applicable labour laws, including:
- Factories / Shops & Establishments Acts
- PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, and PT
- Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act
- POSH, Maternity Benefit, Equal Remuneration, and related laws
- Ensure 100% audit readiness for:




- Internal audits
- Statutory / labour inspections
- External due diligence (Big-4, investors, government bodies)
- Own and maintain HR compliance documentation, registers, filings, and returns.
- Periodically conduct HR compliance risk assessments and present findings to CMD.
- Ensure timely closure of audit observations with documented corrective actions.
- HR Policy Framework & Controls
- Design, implement, and periodically review:
- HR policies
- SOPs
- Delegation of authority (HR-related)
- Disciplinary and code-of-conduct frameworks
- Ensure policy adherence across departments with zero tolerance for deviations.
- Align HR policies with evolving labour laws and organizational strategy.
- Maintain version-controlled policy documentation and employee acknowledgements.
- End-to-End Employee Lifecycle Ownership
- Govern the complete Employee Life Cycle (ELC):
