Talent Acquisition Lead – Manufacturing
experienced candidate to join our team and drive end-to-end recruitment for one of our esteemed clients. If you have a strong background in manufacturing hiring and enjoy partnering with business leaders, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Production, Projects, Sales, and Corporate Functions.
- Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Hiring Managers to understand hiring requirements and deliver timely closures.




- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through market mapping, networking, and proactive sourcing.
- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.

What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Mandatory experience in Manufacturing recruitment.
- Strong exposure to hiring for Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Production, and Corporate Functions.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and business partnering.
