The Role

As a Partnerships & Outreach Associate, you will be the face of Anora in your city.

You will build relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare partners, help spread awareness about Anora's services, and create referral partnerships that connect mothers with the support they need.

This role combines relationship building, field outreach, partnership development, and community engagement.

This role may particularly suit candidates interested in women’s health, healthcare, and community engagement.

What You'll Do
Partnership Outreach & Relationship Building
- Source and conduct outreach to clinics, hospitals, pediatricians, gynecologists, lactation consultants, and allied healthcare providers




- Call clinics and hospitals to schedule meetings and appointments
- Visit healthcare facilities regularly to introduce Anora and its services
- Present Anora's programs, packages, webinars, and community initiatives
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with doctors, clinic administrators, and healthcare partners
- Identify partnership opportunities and referral channels
- Follow up consistently with prospective and existing partners
- Coordinate collaborations, awareness activities, expert talks, and community initiatives
- Track partnership progress and follow-up actions

Partnership Activation & Referral Growth
- Install posters, brochures, standees, and awareness materials at partner locations
- Ensure QR codes and referral materials are properly displayed and functional
- Help clinics understand and activate referral processes
- Coordinate clinic-based webinars, educational talks, and awareness programs
