- Billing Management: Generate sales invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills while ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, and applicable taxes.
- Dispatch Coordination: Arrange transportation, track outgoing shipments, and ensure materials leave the facility on schedule.
- Inventory & Stock: Reconcile physical stock with system records and monitor inventory levels prior to dispatch.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain comprehensive dispatch records and delivery proofs, and ensure all billing activities comply with internal accounting and statutory standards.
- Customer Support & Payments: Update clients on delivery statuses, handle billing discrepancies, and assist with tracking outstanding payments
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
