What You'll Do

* Trend forecasting and market research

* Design premium leather footwear and accessories

* Develop technical drawings and detailed tech packs

* Work closely with pattern makers, sampling, and production teams to bring concepts to life

* Design across a wide range of premium leathers, including exotic leathers

* Ensure products meet Brune & Bareskin's standards of luxury, craftsmanship, and functionality

What We're Looking For

* 1year of relevant industry experience in leather footwear or accessories design

* Bachelor's Degree in Design

* Robust understanding of materials, construction, and manufacturing processes

* Proficiency in industry-standard design software

* Excellent communication and coordinati
