Role Description

The HR Manager at Disseqt AI is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. The incumbent will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and team members, promoting an inclusive, high-performance work setting.





We're hiring our first dedicated HR Generalist to build and own our People function end-to-end as we scale across Ireland, the UK, and India. This is a build-it-from-the-ground-up role - you won't be slotting into an existing machine, you'll be the machine. You'll own People Ops across all three jurisdictions, including:

1. Payroll processing and coordination (with hands-on ownership of India payroll)
2. Benefits administration and compliance across multiple jurisdictions
3. HRIS setup, ownership, and management
4. Full employee lifecycle management, from onboarding through offboarding
5. Recruitment and talent acquisition
6. Serving as the first point of contact for all people-related matters

Qualifications
- 7+ years in HR Operations / People Operations, including pay
