Role Description
The Article Assistant will support the firm’s audit, accounting, and compliance activities on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities include assisting with bookkeeping, preparation of financial statements,



working papers for internal and statutory audits, and documentation for GST, TDS, income tax, and ROC compliance. The role involves collecting and organizing client information, performing basic analytical reviews, maintaining orderly records, and preparing draft reports and summaries under the guidance of senior team members. The Article Assistant will also help with follow-ups and coordination with clients, learning to interpret financial data and regulatory requirements. This is a full time, on-site role based in Lucknow.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and financial statement preparation.
