About the role:

We are looking for a Sr. Manager – Revenue Excellence who can build, optimize, and scale a data-driven sales operating system that improves conversion rates and drives revenue growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role will work closely with Sales, Marketing, CRM, Product, Technology, and Training teams to identify conversion bottlenecks, optimize sales processes, implement automation,



and improve the overall customer journey.

Specifically, this role will involve:
- Owning the end-to-end sales conversion funnel and identifying opportunities to improve conversion at every stage.
- Building and optimizing dashboards to monitor conversion metrics and proactively identify revenue bottlenecks.
- Analyzing key sales KPIs including First Response Time (FRT), talk time, follow-up adherence, lead ageing, contactability, source-wise conversion, and sales productivity.
- Partnering with the Marketing team to improve lead quality, qualification, segmentation, and lead routing strategies.
- Optimizing lead allocation across sales teams based on performance, capacity, and customer profiles.
- Managing dialer operations, calling workflows, CRM governance, and ensuring high data quality.
