Role Description
The Salesperson role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. In this role, the Salesperson will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, and present products or services in a clear and compelling manner. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, conducting follow-ups, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and closing sales to achieve or exceed targets. The Salesperson will also gather market insights,



maintain accurate records in the sales system, coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support, and represent Adyant Group professionally at client meetings and local events.

Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to meet defined sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse customers.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize opportunities, and maintain organized sales documentation.
- Basic proficiency in using computers, spreadsheets, and CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional local languages are an advantage.
- Prior experience in field sales, retail sales, or B2B sales is preferred but not strictly required.
- Comfort working in office in Lucknow, visiting client locations, and traveling within the region as needed.
