Job Description – MIS Executive

Position: MIS Executive
Department: MIS / Operations
Location: Head Office, Taleigao, Goa
Reporting To: Operations Head / HR

Job Summary

The MIS Executive will be responsible for preparing reports, maintaining business data, analyzing information, and supporting management with accurate and timely MIS reports.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, compile, and analyze data from various departments.
- Maintain and update databases with accuracy.
- Create reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to management.
- Coordinate with stores and departments for required data.

Requirements
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS or data reporting (Retail/FMCG preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, etc.).
- Robust analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
