Mid-Level Software Engineer (AI-Assisted Development)

Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Mid-Level Software Engineer with 5–8 years of

professional experience in software development. The ideal candidate should have strong

software engineering fundamentals, a solid understanding of application and system architecture, and experience leveraging modern AI coding agents to accelerate development while maintaining high standards of quality, scalability, and maintainability.

Experience

• 5–8 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.

• Proven experience delivering production-grade web applications and enterprise software

solutions.

Required Skills

• Robust proficiency in modern frontend and backend technologies.

• Solid understanding of application architecture, system architecture, and software architecture,

including design patterns, SOLID principles, clean architecture, scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.

• Strong experience using AI coding assistants and agentic development tools (such as Claude

Code,



GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, or similar).

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, authentication and authorization, databases (SQL/NoSQL),

caching, messaging, and asynchronous processing.

• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.

• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.

• Ability to write clean, maintainable, well-tested, and well-documented code.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions.

• Work independently and take ownership of features from design through production deployment.

• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects to ensure implementations align with overall

architecture.
