Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design press tools, jigs, and fixtures for various industrial equipment and machinery using Catia software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for manufacturing processes.
- Create detailed drawings and designs for sheet metal components, including folded plates, bends, and complex shapes.
- Troubleshoot issues with existing tools and fixtures to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
Job Requirements :
- 2-14 years of experience in press tool design or related field (sheet metal design).
- Proficiency in Catia V5-6 software for designing press tools, jigs, and fixtures.
- Robust understanding of sheet metal fabrication techniques such as bending, forming, cutting, welding etc.
