Key Responsibilities

 Prepare and review design calculations for pressure vessels and heat exchangers as per

PED 2014/68/EU, EN 13445, EN 13480, or relevant international standards.

 Develop mechanical design & drawings in coordination with drafting and detailing

teams.

 Ensure design compliance with customer specifications, ASME, TEMA, and IS standards.

 Support proposal and estimation teams by providing design outputs.

 Participate in design reviews and support troubleshooting during fabrication stages.

Required Qualifications & Experience

 B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

 6-12 years of relevant experience in design of pressure vessels / heat exchangers under

PED / ASME / EN standards.





 Hands-on experience in design software like PV Elite, CodeCalc, Compress, or AutoPIPE.

 Knowledge of material selection, welding requirements, and manufacturing processes

for heavy fabrication.

Key Skills

 Strong understanding of pressure vessel design codes and PED compliance procedures.

 Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

 Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional workplace.

 Attention to detail and commitment to quality and timelines.
