We are looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Head to lead our marketing initiatives and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in e-commerce platforms, performance marketing, and brand visibility strategies, along with hands-on knowledge of executing on-ground marketing activities. The role requires a data-driven leader who can plan, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
* Lead brand positioning and ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.
* Plan marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
2. E-Commerce Marketing
* Drive traffic, conversions, and customer engagement through digital channels.
* Work closely with product, sales, and technology teams to improve the online customer journey.

Performance Marketing
* Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels.
* Monitor campaign performance, ROI, and conversion metrics.
* Implement data-driven marketing strategies to improve lead generation and sales.
4. Traffic Growth & Listing Platform Marketing
* Develop strategies to increase website traffic and user acquisition.
* Experience in building and scaling listing platforms or marketplace-style websites through digital marketing strategies.
* Implement SEO, paid ads, and content strategies to increase platform visibility and user engagement.
* Identify opportunities to generate revenue through increased platform traffic and listings.
