Job Title: CNC Maintenance Technician
Experience: 13 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field
Location: As per company requirement

Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults.
- Diagnose and resolve CNC alarms, servo drive faults, spindle issues, and machine errors.
- Repair and replace electrical components such as contactors, relays, sensors, switches, and motors.
- Perform drive alarm resets, parameter settings, spindle orientation, and spindle runout checks.
- Maintain PLC-based control systems and CNC controllers (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.).
- Ensure proper machine alignment, calibration, lubrication, and accuracy.
- Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams,



machine manuals, and circuit drawings.
- Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime and improve machine efficiency.
