Role Description
The Tele Caller will work full time on-site at the Noida office, handling outbound and inbound calls to support extended warranty, AMC, staffing, trade marketing, and retail auditing services. Daily responsibilities include contacting potential and existing customers,



explaining service offerings, answering queries, and recording call details accurately in the system. The role involves following call scripts where applicable, updating customer information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal teams. The Tele Caller will also coordinate with sales and operations teams to schedule appointments, share leads, and ensure a consistent and professional customer experience.

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including transparent spoken English and Hindi, active listening, and professional telephone etiquette.
- Customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to handle objections, resolve basic issues, and maintain a positive tone.
- Basic computer literacy, including data entry, use of CRM or call management tools, and accurate record keeping.
