Job Summary
The Gold Loan Officer is responsible for sourcing gold loan business, generating leads, handling customer relationships, supporting branch portfolio growth, and achieving monthly business targets. The role involves direct customer interaction, field marketing, and cross-selling banking products.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads for gold loans through field marketing and customer references.
Convert leads into business by bringing customers to the branch.
Promote and sell gold loan products to customers.
Support branch in achieving overall gold loan portfolio growth.
Conduct customer follow-ups and relationship management.
Cross-sell third-party banking and financial products.
Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly productivity targets are achieved.
Maintain customer service standards and compliance procedures.
Coordinate with branch operations for smooth loan processing.
Meet monthly business and revenue targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate (preferred)
Experience: 02 years in Banking, NBFC, Gold Loan, or Financial Sales .
