Role Description
The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, onboarding new team members, and coordinating payroll and attendance data with relevant stakeholders. The role involves implementing and updating HR policies,



ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing employee benefits, and supporting performance management and appraisal processes. The Human Resources Executive will also address employee queries, support engagement initiatives, and help foster a positive, inclusive work culture. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore Rural, requiring close collaboration with leadership and operational teams to support the growing manufacturing workforce.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support strategic and operational HR initiatives.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including recruitment support, onboarding, documentation, and HR administration.
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, with skills in conflict resolution, employee engagement, and maintaining a positive workplace environment.
