Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role in Thiruvananthapuram for CS Trainees, Interns, and Executives.

The role offers hands-on experience in secretarial compliances, legal documentation, FEMA & RBI regulations, export-import compliance, corporate governance, due diligence, and corporate advisory. Responsibilities include statutory filings,



drafting resolutions and minutes, maintaining statutory records, regulatory research, client coordination, and assisting in corporate transactions and compliance assignments.

Qualifications
- Pursuing or qualified in the CS course (ICSI), or graduates interested in corporate secretarial and compliance work.
- Basic knowledge of Company Law and corporate compliances.
- Good drafting, communication, and MS Office skills.
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Prior exposure to secretarial, legal, or compliance work is an added advantage but not mandatory.
