Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Malappuram, Kozhikode, Palakkad. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with customers, and promote solar solutions that align with client needs. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, conducting site visits, preparing proposals,



and coordinating with technical teams for project design and implementation. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely conversion of opportunities into projects. The Business Development Manager will also monitor market trends, participate in local marketing activities, and provide regular performance reports to leadership.

Job Description:-

1. Lead Generation & Sales Pipeline Management

a. Actively identify and generate B2B Dealers and Lead generation through B2B dealers

b. Actively identify and generate B2C leads through site visits, cold calling, business networking, and digital platforms.

2. Appoint & Manage Business Development Executives in his Territory.

3. Site Surveys: Preliminary rooftop site assessments to verify area availability, shadow-free space, and structural readiness.
