Job Description:
We're looking for a
Product Operations Associate
to help us coordinate with suppliers and keep product development on track. This is primarily a work-from-home role, with occasional factory visits in and around Noida.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate with suppliers via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Follow up on samples and production timelines.
- Visit factories when required to inspect samples and track progress.
- Share updates with the product team.
Skill Set
- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Positive organizational and follow-up skills.
- Willing to travel within Noida for factory visits.
