Department IT Job Description The IT Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation and monitoring of the organization's CCTV surveillance system, coordinating with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and troubleshooting, and managing the IT helpdesk to provide timely technical support to end users. This role requires robust technical expertise, vendor management skills, and the ability to deliver excellent IT support services. Open Positions: 1.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee helpdesk operations to ensure timely resolution of IT service requests and incidents.
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues via calls, emails, or ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues for employees.
- Coordinate escalation to specialized IT personnel or external vendors for complex problems.
- Maintain an updated knowledge base and FAQs for common IT issues and solutions.




- Track and report helpdesk performance metrics, including ticket resolution times and user satisfaction.
- Manage IT asset inventory including deployment and tracking of devices, software licenses, and consumables.
- Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for IT policies and procedures as needed.
- Monitor CCTV systems for continuous surveillance, ensure cameras and recording devices function correctly.
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CCTV hardware and software.
- Liaise with CCTV vendors for installations, upgrades, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, and ensure adherence to agreed service levels.
- Maintain detailed records of CCTV system configurations, issues, repairs, and upgrades.
