The role offers an opportunity to build and scale a high-impact distribution business in the West by driving strategic partnerships with banks and financial institutions, with end-to-end ownership of business outcomes including acquisition, activation and AUM growth. The mandate involves creating new distribution pathways and scaling them into a sustainable engine, with solid visibility, autonomy and long-term leadership potential.

Business Context:

NPS is at a strong inflection point with increasing regulatory push and rising customer relevance with significant headroom for distribution-led growth. West region plays a critical role given the concentration of key financial institutions. This role is positioned to build and scale new distribution pathways through strategic partnerships and emerging channels, with full ownership of driving acquisition, activation and AUM growth.
What does the job entail?
- Channel building: Build and anchor strategic partnerships with banks and financial institutions to create a scalable and high-quality distribution base.




- B2B2C Distribution: Drive partner led acquisition and activation with clear ownership of customer funnel, contribution behavior and AUM build-up with clear customer funnel ownership
- Business Development & Revenue Ownership: Own PRAN, AUM and contribution targets by building a strong acquisition and activation pipeline across key cohorts.
- Product & Proposition Development: Work with internal teams to create bank-specific and cohort-led propositions that improve conversion and stickiness.
- Execution Excellence (0 - 1 phase) Personally lead partner closures, pilot launches and initial scale-up to establish repeatable distribution playbooks.
- Scale & Team Leadership: Build and lead the sales team with clear targets, governance and partner productivity frameworks.
