The Role

We're seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our growing team in a remote, full-time capacity. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, connecting with prospective students, understanding their career aspirations,



and guiding them toward the right educational pathway.This is a consultative sales role where you'll act as both a trusted career adviser and a skilled closer, helping individuals make life-changing decisions about their career development.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted calling campaigns and email marketing to engage prospective students
- Understand each prospect's career goals, background, and aspirations to recommend the most suitable programs
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to enrollment and conversion
- Provide expert guidance on career pathways, program benefits, and learning outcomes
- Present comprehensive information about our programs, pricing, curriculum, and career outcomes
