Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement Quality Assurance plans, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Conduct supplier audits to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop control plans, FMEA, MSA, PPAP documents, and SPC reports.
- Analyze data from various sources (e.g., APQP) to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Robust knowledge of IATF 16949 standard and its implementation in an automotive industry setting.
- Proficiency in creating Control Plans, FMEA, MSA, PPAP documents using tools like MS Office Suite (Excel).
- Experience conducting supplier audits according to ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
