About the Role

A To Z Polycompounds is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Polymer Testing & Quality Control Executive to join our Quality Team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 0-3 years of experience who are interested in polymer testing, quality inspection, laboratory work, and manufacturing quality control.

The candidate will be responsible for testing raw materials and finished polymer compounds, maintaining quality records, assisting in laboratory operations, and ensuring products meet customer and company quality standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Testing & Inspection
- Perform routine testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished polymer compounds.
- Conduct physical and mechanical tests as per established quality procedures.
- Check product parameters such as:
- Melt Flow Index (MFI)
- Density
- Moisture Content
- Hardness




- Color Matching
- Tensile Strength
- Impact Strength
- Collect and prepare samples for laboratory testing.

Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain test reports and quality records accurately.
- Update daily quality inspection logs.
- Record and report any deviations or non-conforming products.
- Assist in preparing Certificates of Analysis (COA) and quality documentation.

Production Quality Monitoring
- Monitor production batches to ensure adherence to quality specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections during manufacturing.
- Coordinate with production operators to address quality issues.
- Segregate and identify rejected or non-conforming material.

Laboratory Maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the QC laboratory.
- Ensure testing equipment is handled properly.
- Assist in calibration and maintenance of testing instruments.
- Follow all laboratory safety procedur
