About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, reconciliations, and vendor payments. Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Process vendor bills, purchase invoices, and payments.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare and maintain GST and TDS records.
- Assist with monthly closing and MIS reports.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for payment-related activities.
- Support statutory audits and compliance activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries in ERP/Tally.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- Experience in GST, TDS,



Bank Reconciliation, and Invoice Processing.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience in Tally ERP, ERP software, or SAP is an added advantage.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
