Role & responsibilities
- Managing customer relationships & addressing both service & sales queries for customers with a objective to engage & retain customers.
- Ensure sourcing of New Current accounts installation of POS machines and Soundbox by the team of Relationship Officers.
- Enterprise sourcing of high value current accounts
- Meeting existing customers to deepen existing relationships thereby generating revenue for the Bank.
- Proven team management skills and ensuring team incentivization.
- Identifying prospective business opportunities in the assigned geography.

- Freshers & experienced both can apply
- Bachelors degree in any relevant discipline
- Robust interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
