Key Responsibilities 1. Client & Delivery Collaboration Support the Salesforce Architect during discovery and requirement‑definition sessions. Provide technical feasibility assessments for data models, integration needs, automations, and platform constraints. Translate architectural decisions into detailed technical designs and development tasks. Participate in client demos, technical discussions, and solution walkthroughs. Work with product owners and business SMEs to refine requirements and ensure solution alignment. 2. Engineering & Solution Implementation Lead hands‑on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs, and declarative configuration. Develop scalable, reusable components and frameworks in line with architectural standards. Implement multi-cloud solutions across Sales, Service, Experience, and Industry clouds. Build integrations, data model extensions, and complex automation sequences. Ensure development deliverables adhere to the architect’s end‑to‑end design. 3. Security,



Performance & Quality Implement secure access controls including role hierarchy, permission sets, and sharing rules. Optimize code and configurations for scale, governor limits, and performance. Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices. Troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate with the architect on design adjustments. Validate design feasibility and performance implications before development begins. 4. DevOps, CI/CD & Release Management Support the architect’s setting and branching strategy. Manage code merges, deployment readiness, and rollback procedures. Work with DevOps teams to maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing. Document technical components, interfaces, and engineering decisions. 5. Leadership & Mentorship Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers on coding practices, patterns, and platform constraints. Act as the primary engineering liaison to the Salesforce Architect.
