Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with healthcare organizations, demonstrating our software solutions, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, references, and online platforms.
- Promote our Hospital Management System (HMS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Clinic Management Software, ERP, and other Healthcare IT solutions.
- Meet hospitals, clinics, nursing homes,



diagnostic centres, and healthcare professionals to understand their requirements.
- Conduct software demonstrations and client presentations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Follow up with prospective clients and negotiate business deals.
- Coordinate with the technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain client data, sales reports, and lead updates in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Software Sales, ERP Sales, SaaS Sales, Healthcare IT Sales, or Business Development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong client relationship management abilities.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about sales.
