Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Autosys agents for recent onboardings

• Manage Autosys agent upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities

• Maintain and support containerized Autosys agent images

• Monitor Autosys platform health and ensure high availability

• Troubleshoot Autosys agent, scheduling, and platform-related issues

• Provide BAU support through ServiceNow queues and ensure timely resolution of incidents

• Perform OS administration, patching, and upgrades as required

• Coordinate and escalate complex platform issues to relevant stakeholders

• Develop and enhance Autosys platform capabilities and automation solutions

• Automate repetitive operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort

• Create and maintain operational procedures, technical documentation, and knowledge articles

• Support vulnerability remediation and platform upgrade activities

• Participate in technology evaluations, roadmap discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives





• Provide advanced troubleshooting support and mentorship to junior team members

• Contribute to operational excellence through process optimization and automation
